Yoshiaki Otsuki

Yoshiaki Otsuki is a Special Counsel at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, one of Japan's leading law firms. He specializes in energy, natural resources, mining, LNG, CCS, hydrogen, geothermal and economic security matters. Prior to joining Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, he worked at Nishimura & Asahi and was seconded to Nippon Steel Corporation, where he advised on international transactions and overseas investments. He also has extensive experience supporting resource and energy projects through his work with JOGMEC-related initiatives.
